Shipping policy

At Atreius Timepieces, we offer an exclusive and secure delivery service for all our customers. We understand how excited you are about your new timepiece, and we do everything we can to ensure a fast and seamless delivery experience. We operate exclusively as an online retailer and deliver within the United Kingdom only.

1. Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. There are no hidden fees at checkout.

2. Order Processing

  • Order processing begins only after payment confirmation.
  • After receiving your order, we require 1–3 business days to prepare your watch for dispatch, carry out quality assurance, and pack it securely.
  • You will receive a notification as soon as your parcel leaves our facility.
  • Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays are processed from the next working day.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, peak periods, weather conditions, and other external factors.

Standard UK Delivery: 7–14 business days after dispatch.

The maximum delivery period before we open a formal investigation is 20 business days after dispatch. Delays caused by courier disruptions, severe weather, or force majeure events do not constitute a breach of contract.

4. Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email.
  • Tracking may take up to 24–72 hours to show movement in the courier's system.
  • You are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring someone is available to receive the parcel.

5. Shipping Zone

  • We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
  • We do not ship internationally.
  • Delivery availability may exclude a small number of remote locations depending on courier coverage.

6. Proof of Delivery

  • Delivery is considered completed when the courier registers the parcel as "Delivered" in the tracking system.
  • Delivery confirmation remains valid if received by a third party (e.g., neighbour, household member, building reception or concierge).
  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

7. Failed Delivery & Reshipping

If a parcel is returned due to any of the following reasons, any reshipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer:

  • Recipient unavailable or missed delivery attempts.
  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
  • Refusal of delivery.
  • Failure to collect from a collection point within the courier's deadline.

If the customer prefers not to reship, a refund may be issued in line with our Returns & Warranty Policy (shipping or admin fees may be deducted where applicable).

8. Lost or Damaged Parcels

All our shipments are fully insured. Should your parcel be lost in transit or arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at support@atreiustlmepleces.com and we will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Non-receipt claims may only be opened after the maximum timeframe stated in Section 3 has elapsed. A formal case may need to be raised with the courier before a resolution can be provided.

9. Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has entered processing, we may be unable to amend address details or cancel the order. If the order has already been dispatched, changes are not possible. Should you wish to return the product, the conditions of our Returns & Warranty Policy will apply.

10. Limitation of Liability

Atreius Timepieces is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by courier operations, peak shopping periods, strikes, or severe weather.
  • Delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
  • Loss or damage after confirmed delivery where tracking shows "Delivered" to the provided address.
